Planning Committee Report on James St. North Re-zoning

Throughout the summer months, the NENa Planning Committee conducted research into the options available for James Street North, our neighbourhood's Main Street. Members carefully examined the existing planning policies applicable in our community and reached a consensus on a package of recommendations for the NENa membership in regard the city's re-zoning of James Street in the North End.
