8 Storey Development Proposal Approved

The proposal for an 8 storey residential development was approved by city council but was appealed based on the development's non-conformity to current planning guidelines for James Street North. A settlement has been reached allowing for the project to move ahead with better conforming design changes under new developer ownership.
